Lawlor, 28, filed a petition on Monday, August 11, asking for a temporary restraining order against Nicholson, 29.
Lawler described the days before Nicholson’s arrest on August 7. She said the latest alleged abuse occurred on July 23.

She said he noticed he had taken “pills with alcohol and cocaine.”
“I read the text and said he had been buying narcotics,” Lawler said. “I sent the text to his mother because she should be sober and if he was taking drugs, I didn’t want to get close to him and then he put his hand on my head, [not legible] Then my teeth were broken. ”
“My front teeth were knocked down,” she wrote.
She said she briefly lost consciousness in the incident.
