The hidden carriage licensing procedures and gun registration process in the dark blue city have been cut from months to days through Trump’s contingent for the safe and beautiful DC contingent, which was established in March through an executive order to revitalize the country’s capital. The task force’s efforts to clean up the city did not include changing local gun laws, but simplified the process already established by the city so that law-abiding residents can browse the gun system more easily.
“President Trump not only stopped violent crime in Washington, D.C., but also simplified the licensing process for law-abiding residents who hope to protect themselves and their families,” White House spokeswoman Taylor Rogers told Fox News Digital. “The task force that makes DC safe and beautiful has been working with local officials to remove long-standing barriers and successfully reduce the average permit time from a few months to just five days.”
With the efforts of the task force, locals were able to book a second day date to register a gun at the Metropolitan Police Department, and walk-in dates are now available for publicity on the police department’s website.
Previously, applicants would normally wait for four months to register a gun appointment, a White House official told Fox Digital.

Fox Digital learned that the hidden licensing process has also been simplified. According to data compiled in May in May, data compiled by the White House shared with Fox News Digital shows that it has been “months” in the past to obtain a hidden carrying license.

The Metropolitan Police Department has released a lengthy list of reasons why individuals’ applications for gun registration will be denied, including refusing fingerprints, refusing to take pictures, refusing to pay for the application process or attempting to register for prohibited guns, such as short pistol shotguns and short gun shotguns and so-called assault weapons. ”
