A federal judge found out on Tuesday Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier’s ruling on the court’s ruling was civilly despised, making it a crime for people living in the United States illegally.

But on April 23, he sent a follow-up letter telling the law enforcement community that “there is no judicial order…appropriately restricting you” to enforce immigration laws, adding: “There is currently no legal order that prevents your institution from continuing to enforce it.”

As a result, the court asked Uthmeier to show why the reason should not be despised for the crime of violating TRO.

After his reply, the court found that the litigants could not change the meaning of the words in a suitable situation, and ruled that Uthmeier despised the court’s April 18 order to provide law enforcement officers with regard to law enforcement Immigration Law.

Therefore, the court ordered Uthmeier to file a detailed introduction to the immigration laws prohibiting undocumented immigrants from entering Florida every two weeks and filed on July 1.

If any arrest is arrested under the law, Uthmeier is ordered to notify the court of details of the arrest.
