University of South Carolina Chief Football Coach Shane Beamer In a pre-season press conference with reporters, there are some very serious business to be addressed.
Bimer, 48, said: “I do have a statement Tuesday, August 12. “I think my wife has received some inappropriate criticism for her cookies.”

“She actually has people she contacted…said she doesn’t have enough cookies to cook,” Shane explained. “There is a lot of respect for people who take the time to contact her criticize her cookies.”
Shane added: “The cookies are bombs, you know. I’m back.”
In fact, Shane explained that his wife’s cookies had stopped all the coaches throughout his career.
“She’s been making those cookies [since] I’m an assistant coach,” he said. She’s been making those cookies for the job group I coached — the full-back at Virginia Tech or the tight end of Georgia or the tight end of Oklahoma.”
Emily now makes cookies every Thursday for the University of South Carolina football building members.
“For those who contacted her on Instagram, criticizing her for telling her that she didn’t cook long enough to come here on Thursday after practice, when I let out the cookies and see how quickly they were swallowed and gone,” Shane challenged. “Because they left in about five minutes.”
He added: “The cookies are great. She cooks them the right way.”
Shane and Emily got married in 2006 and shared their daughter Sutton17, then Olivia15 years old and son hunter12.
The couple got engaged during holidays during Shane’s 2005 as an assistant coach in Mississippi.
