“Not complying will leave Mrs. Trump with no choice but to seek any legal rights and remedies available to her to recover the overwhelming financial and reputational damage you have caused,” Brito wrote.

In a video interview with the “Return of Hunter Biden” video earlier in August, the previous son claimed that “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump. The connection was like so broad and profound.”

Biden also claimed: “Jeffrey Epstein introduced Melania, and that’s how Melania, the First Lady, meets the president.”

“These false, derogatory, slanderous and inflammatory statements are very despicable and are widely circulated in various digital media,” Brito wrote. “Indeed, this video has since been republished by various media, journalists and political commentators, which millions of social media followers have spread the false and slanderous statements therein to tens of millions of people around the world.”

“So you have caused Mrs. Trump to suffer overwhelming financial and reputational injuries,” Brito added.

Brito said the “source” of Biden’s false statements was “serial courtier Michael Wolff, The Daily Beast, who lies in “Melania Trump” entitled “Melania Trump” very much involved in the Epstein scandal: Author: Author. ‘”

“After receiving our letter of stop demand a week ago, Daily Beast apologized to Mrs. Trump and withdrew the false and defamatory statements contained in the article by removing it all,” Brito wrote. “Nevertheless, you still unfairly rely on Mr. Wolf’s false, defamatory, defamatory and inflammatory statements and reposted Mrs. Trump and his malicious choice.”

Brito warned Biden that he lacked “any viable defense against overwhelming reputation and economic damage” and that he had left the First Lady suffering.

“The timing of this video is obvious and emphasizes the malice behind a simple wrong decision that decides to appear,” Brito wrote. “Given your long history of trading under someone else’s name, including your last name, it’s clear that you made these false and defamatory statements about Mrs. Trump to draw attention to yourself.”

Brito also asked Biden to “immediately apologize for Mrs. Trump’s false, slanderous, derogatory, misleading, misleading and inflammatory statements.”

Brito also instructed Biden not to “destroy, cover up or alter any paper or electronic archives, physical evidence” or other records related to false claims; including communications about Melania Trump; records of his sources; and any documents or data about Mrs. Trump.
