Spanberger vows Virginia Education Overhaul amid teacher shortage crisis

For higher education, Spanberger wants to make students more affordable, and also invests in the historical Black University of Virginia (HBCUS). The state is home to several higher education institutions, including Virginia Tech, the University of Virginia and George Mason University.
