Fox News Digital recalls the most viral and violent moments of the riots, as captured in the photos, and tens of thousands of people poured into the streets of Los Angeles after protests on Saturday evening as part of the “No Kings Day” protests carried out in cities across the country. Saturday’s protests were scheduled to take place the same day Trump’s birthday, when the president held a massive military parade in Washington, D.C. to mark the 250th anniversary of the Army.

Riots broke out in Los Angeles on Friday night, June 6, after federal law enforcement officers gathered in the city for an immigration raid. Saturday’s Los Angeles protests led to arrests and police adoption of tear gas, flash explosions and dispersion orders. On Saturday, the police department said on its X account that “people in the crowd are throwing stones, bricks, bottles and other objects at police” and targeting “commercial-grade fireworks” at them.

Meanwhile, Trump repeatedly slammed Newsom and other Democrats’ comments, rejecting the administration’s efforts to deport illegal immigrants and continuing to swear that violent protesters will face swift consequences as the deportation attacks.
