senator John CornynR-Texas will introduce legislation that will impose tougher penalties on public officials engaged in federal bank fraud, tax fraud or loan or mortgage fraud. Cornyn’s bill follows two cases where senior officials and lawmakers are charged with alleged mortgage fraud.
Indeed, Cornyn’s law enforcement tools blocked the disturbing investment in the Letitia Act, named after New York Attorney General Letitia James.
