DHS told Fox News Digital that Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a man from Colombian biology, identified as a woman, was charged with rape and stalking of a minor.
According to the agency, Contreras-Suris was arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection for illegal entry into the country San Isidro, Californiain March 2023. Under the Biden administration’s “fishing and release” policy, Contreras-Suris was released to the country and then continued to commit serious crimes in the American community.
Contreras-Suarez was arrested by the Medford Police Department in Massachusetts for armed robbery, prostitution and dangerous weapons. However, DHS said, “Contreras-Suris was released again due to local asylum policy.

Contreras-Suarez is now facing criminal charges in New York for first-degree rape of a child under 17 years of age. Contreras-Suarez held a criminal hearing in New York City this week and was heard by the New York Supreme Court on September 10.
The agency said Contreras-Suarez’s “terrible and preventable crimes illustrate the consequences of the Biden administration’s fishing and release and asylum policies.”
“This creep should not be released to our country,” said Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin in commenting on the arrest.

“Thanks to the failed asylum policy and Biden’s open agenda, this serial criminal was released to prey on innocent American children, but it’s over now,” she said.
Ice filed immigration detainees against Contreras-Suarez in February. He is currently in custody at Ricks Island Prison in New York until the next court hearing.
This is because U.S. immigration and customs law enforcement faces strong criticism for its crackdown on illegal immigrants and has increased by 830% as attacks by officials.
While the agency said it would not back down for arresting any immigrants who were illegal, the new Department of Homeland Security statement said the vast majority of people arrested so far had criminal charges or convictions. Although some Democrats claim that ICE targets innocent immigrant communities, 70% of the agency’s arrests are illegal foreigners, convicted or charged with crimes.

“Ice does not allow predators like Contreras Suris to intimidate American citizens,” McLaughlin said.
