Mikayla Nogueira reveals ‘natural’ way to lose 60 pounds

tiktoker Mikayla Nogueira Losing weight is a “natural” way.

“I lost 60 pounds naturally,” said the 27-year-old influencer. Tiktok Video on Tuesday, July 29. “Highlighting it naturally. Have a calorie deficit and make better food choices.”

Nogueira then told the audience that she would show them one of her favorite recipes, always making her “full” and “very easy” to reproduce. She showed off her clips, taking various ingredients from the refrigerator, including lettuce, pickles, burger patties, mustard, and more.

Nogueira seasons the pie and toast, then add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, chopped cheese and cubes in two bowls. She puts the cooked and chopped meat with some mustard and tomato paste in a bowl.

“If you haven’t figured it out yet, these are burger bowls,” she said. “They are so delicious and stuffed. I’m a very simple, boring eater and it’s always one of my favorites.”

Nogueira added a piece of her own, passing one of the bowls to her husband Cody Hockenand added: “Cody loves them too.”

Nogueira’s video was in her year or so Refused to use Ozempic to lose weight.

“I don’t know why these comments have had a big impact on me, but as someone who has been working on eating disorder recovery for the last six months, it’s awful,” she said in a Tiktok video in December 2023. “I happened to lose 30 pounds in recovery because I struggled with a binge drinking disorder and when you go through healing you sometimes stop binging and sometimes lose weight.”

She continued: “But it’s so bad that it took just a few months to recover from something that almost almost took your life multiple times to hit my ass, she was on Ozemp.”

Although Nogueira said she “never do weight loss in person”, for this reason, she also “does not judge” those who use it.

“If it works for you, please make it work,” she said. “For me, I think it’s not good for my recovery, so I’ll never do it. … I need to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise, and my body image and my perspective on how I look at myself, which is very difficult. Ozempic is not going to be my path.”

She concluded: “Yes, I’ve lost weight. I did it completely naturally and normally [by making] Better food choices, better life choices. But I am proud of myself, I have been doing it completely healthy…this is a big deal for me. ”

Back in January, Nogueira opened up about the unexpected side effects of weight loss, telling fans that her wedding ring was getting too big for her fingers.

“The reason is that this *** is not for me,” she said in Tiktok’s video, asking her fans why she stopped wearing the ring. “Because I lost 60 pounds, this ring is expensive for me right now and I either need to resize or it’s a new ring because it’s too big.”
