Frankamp went on to explain that his late wife was “not only an animal rescuer” but also “an advocate and educator, daughter, sister and mother.”

Raines founded Saveafox when he was 20 years old. The nonprofit “from fur farms, pet surrenders, or is caught due to an illegal situation and then brought to us.” According to the organization’s website.
“Mikayla is indeed the most amazing and inspiring person I’ve ever known, and it’s not her here to make everything feel empty,” Frankamp captioned his video. “I feel broken. But I will continue her dreams and I hope to get your support so that we can do it well in her name.”
