Donald Trump said he was disappointed with Vladimir Putin in an exclusive call with the BBC, but failed to do it.
The U.S. president is anxious about whether he trusts Russian leaders and replied: “I believe there are almost no one.”
Trump has been announcing plans to send weapons to Ukraine for a few hours and warned of serious tariffs on Russia if there is no ceasefire agreement within 50 days.
In an interview with the Oval Office, the president also endorsed NATO, once described it as outdated and confirmed his support for the organization’s common defense principles.
The president has held a potential interview for a year at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, which lasted 20 minutes of calls and 20 minutes.
When asked if the assassination attempt to survive changed him, Trump said he likes to think about it as little as possible.

When the BBC asked him if he ended with Putin, the president replied: “I was disappointed with him, but I wasn’t with him. But I was disappointed with him.”

The conversation moved to NATO, which Trump had previously criticized as “outdated”.
When asked if he still thought the situation, he said: “No. I think NATO is now becoming a “coalition “payment.”
He said he still believes in collective defense because it means smaller countries can defend themselves from larger countries.
Trump said leaders of states, including Germany, France and Spain, respect him and his decisions, partly because world leaders believe there is a lot of talent when they were elected twice.
When asked if world leaders sometimes “obvious”, Trump replied that he felt they “just want to be friendly.”
President Trump was also asked about the future of Britain in the world and said he thought it was a “good place – you know I own property there”.
Regarding Brexit, he said it was “on the hasty side, but I think it has become straight”.
The president also said of Sir Kyle Starmer: “I like the Prime Minister very much even if he is a liberal” and praised the UK-US trade agreement.
He talked about how he was looking forward to his unprecedented second state visit to the UK in September this year.
Regarding the goals he wanted to achieve during his visit, Trump said: “Have a great time and respect for King Charles because he is a great gentleman.”
