First on Fox: this State Council A new “America First” renaming program is being launched to consolidate all logos in its offices in a single image depicting the American flag – an effort that aligns with that logo Agent’s massive overhaul plan.
Although separate logos exist in the embassy, bureau and program offices under the U.S. International Development Agency, the rebranding efforts aim to create a “consistent brand” on all of these platforms to best reflect US contributions abroad, according to state department officials.
“The redesign is very simple, and it is a recent visual identity of the recent American flag on the American effort,” Darren Beattie, Secretary for Public Diplomacy of the State Department, told Fox News Digital Digital Tureding.

Inconsistent brand inconsistencies in the State Council office and program, Beattie said that sometimes our efforts abroad are not as widely recognized, while other countries that do have unity in their brands will gain higher credibility.
“You can look at something and you don’t have clues about the U.S. government at all, which obviously goes against our purpose,” Beattie said. “If we contribute something great overseas, we want this motivation and that contribution is visually seen as something related to the U.S..”
The State Council guided the reshaping efforts on Wednesday, just the day after the Secretary of State Marco Rubio It was announced that the United States Agency for International Development will no longer continue to provide foreign aid.

Fox News Digital first reported in March that the State Department would absorb the remaining functions of a former independent organization that provided assistance to poor countries and development assistance.
According to Beattie, compliance with the reshaping efforts of the State Council office and bureau is scheduled for October 1.
The effort aims to complement the State Department’s restructuring has been underway, and officials say it is the largest restructuring of the institution since the Cold War.
Rubio released plans in April to revamp the agency because the department was “swelling, bureaucrats and unable to perform its basic diplomatic tasks.”
In addition, Rubio told lawmakers on the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee for Foreign Affairs in May that the restructuring was intended to “mand “the regional bureau and embassy) be responsible for the first “best innovation” embassy.

“They identified the issues and opportunities before the memorandum that worked for me,” Rubio told the lawmakers. “We want to go back to a situation, or we want to go into a situation where we are giving the embassy level and giving thoughts and actions through our regional bureaus. This is actually the frontline of American diplomacy. So we have established a State Department that can achieve that.”

Fox News Digital first reported in May that the agency’s restructuring plan would involve cutting or merging more than 300 offices of the agency’s 700 offices and bureaus to simplify operations.
State Department officials previously told Fox News Digital that the restructuring involved the replacement of about 3,400 State Department personnel, accounting for about 15 to 20% of the agency’s domestic administrators.
