Costume selected by Johnny Gaudreau’s son before his death

Meredith Gaudreau Have her eldest son, Johnny Gaudreau Jr.baptized in special outfits – the one his father bought for him last year.

Meredith shared photos of Big Days on Sunday, September 7 via her Instagram Story. In one photo, the three children of the three were all wearing white costumes (Meredith also wore white dresses), and she praised her late husband, Johnny Gaudreau“Pick Johnny’s clothes last summer and give me these shoes for Christmas 2023.”

She continued: “He bought Noah’s shoes and I kept rebuilding larger shoes.

Meredith shared a second photo showing Johnny’s younger brother, CarterDuring the baptism, his brother poured water on his head. “Yes, Carter, you’ll be next.” She captioned the photo.

Johnny and his brother, 31 years old Matthew29, was killed by a drunk driver while riding a bicycle in Allmans Town, New Jersey in August 2024.

Meredith and Johnny’s The youngest son was born April 7. “Another baby boy 🥹💙. Carter Michael Gaudreau – Same as his dad. 8lb3 ounces, 20.5 inches, exactly the same as his dad. He looks exactly like his dad,” she wrote via Instagram.

She added: “I love you so much, my kids! We will have a lot of fun. I can’t wait to give you the best life, my special boy will always be.” The two also shared their daughter Noa 2.

Meredith announced that she was pregnant with Carter at a memorial service between Johnny and Matthew. “We are actually a family of five,” Meredith said in Johnny’s eulogy. “I was pregnant with my third child for the ninth week. It was a surprise, but John was excited again with a smile.”

“I was nervous because it was another surprising thing,” Meredith added. “But his reaction was just to kiss me immediately and hug me.

Despite his death, Meredith also said she expressed her gratitude to her family. “The oldest thing we have is that we are not over 2 years old,” she said at the time. “In less than three years of marriage, we created a family of five. It sounds impossible. But I see it as the ultimate blessing. I’m lucky to be the mother of John’s three children? Despite these difficult circumstances, our last one was a blessing and so special.”

She concluded: “Dad loves you so much for my baby, you have the best dad in the world.”
