The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that immigration attacks in Los Angeles could be temporarily continued, eliminating an order from a federal judge that prohibits agents from cessation without “reasonable suspicion.”
Monday’s ruling was a victory for President Donald Trump, who vowed to illegally deport the country’s record-level deportation of immigrants.
The 6-3 ruling of the conservative majority courts allowed agents to block suspects based solely on race, language, or work, while the legal challenge to recent immigration in Los Angeles was conducted through the court.
Liberals do not object, saying the decision puts constitutional freedoms at risk.
