Trump advisers have reportedly talked about giving Eric Adams an administrator

The White House has remained silent after a new report declared its adviser to the president Donald Trump Discussed providing New York City mayor’s Eric Adams The Trump administration’s position hopes it will damage the election odds of mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani.

Trump advisers reportedly had a discussion with colleagues of Adams, involving immersion and potentially entering the Trump administration in order to pave the way for former Gov. Andrew Cuomo to win the November election.

The report said it is not clear whether Adams’ specific position has been discussed or whether Adams tends to accept such offers.

The White House did not respond to Fox News numbers’ request for comment.

Sanders recognizes socialist Mamdani

Mamdani, a Muslim and democratic socialist born in Uganda, won the primary election for New York City mayor in June. Meanwhile, Cuomo is a moderate Democrat who is now an independent who competes in the competition after losing to Mamdani in the Democratic junior match in June.

Adams’ campaign said the mayor has not yet discussed the matter with Trump.

“Mayor Adams made it clear that he won’t respond to every rumor,” Adams campaign spokesman Todd Shapiro said in a statement Wednesday. “He will remain focused, not distracted and work for New Yorkers.”

“He has no discussion with President Donald Trump about the mayoral campaign,” Shapiro said. “The mayor is totally committed to winning the election, and thousands of New Yorkers are ready to vote. His record is clear: crime is bankruptcy, jobs have risen, and he has been standing up for working families. Mayor Adams focuses on this progress and has won four years of effort to continue to provide the people of New York for four years.”

Trump has historically opposed Mamdani and warned New Yorkers to vote against New York state lawmakers in Queens.

“First, you have a communist and you shouldn’t vote for him,” Trump said at a cabinet meeting in July. “He was a disaster. He led. He was nominated for the Democratic Party because it showed you where the Democratic Party is going.”

“I’m not involved, but I can tell you: I once said we’ll never be a socialist country. Right. Well, I’ll say it again. We won’t-if the Communists were elected to run New York, it would never be the same.”
