IThere is a sign that f Volodymyr Zelenskyy It would not be immediately voted on Donald Trump’s diplomatic island, which was in the early days of his choice of clothing in a familiar voice.
“President Zelensky, you look great in this suit,” said Brian Glenn, a member of the pro-Trump Pundit and White House press, who attacked him for his military fatigue February at the infamous Oval Office meeting. “I said the same thing,” Trump added.
Zelenskyy shot backwards, laughing in the room including the US president. “I changed, you didn’t.”
So Zelenskyy made his first appearance at the White House with Trump on Monday, as the U.S. president has less attention than belittled leaders of wartime allies, rather than bragging, in many cases – in many cases his exploitation as a peaceful man in world conflict.
Zelenskyy barely wore a black military suit to appease the White House rules, which sat largely as Trump claimed to finalize a peaceful deal in six wars, including one that senior real estate developers said had encountered a peaceful deal in the “Condo Republic”.
Starting with Trump, he has his ability to trade peacefully, off-topic about the internal political struggles of mail-in ballots, announcements about how he will end the conflict and announcements about how he will do it without a ceasefire negotiation.
But no explosion – for Zelenskyy it can be done as much as possible.
Fortunately, Zelenskyy got some help as he joined the UK’s Keir Starmer and leaders from France, Germany, Italy, Finland and the EU to keep the discussion in good shape and prevent similar crashes that occurred in February.
It is called the European summit at the White House on Monday, but it could also be an intervention.
European leaders smiled when they arrived at the White House on Monday afternoon, but they were there to drive Trump away from Vladimir Putin Ukraine and Europe.
Before Trump launched the red carpet last week in Vladimir Putin, Alaska, he said he would know if it was possible to negotiate with him within two minutes of meeting with the Kremlin leaders.
But within two minutes of meeting Zelenskyy, Trump sent a message when asked at a press conference whether Russia or Ukraine “has a better card.”
Trump said: “I don’t want to say that.
Then he went back to play the classic: “Look, this is not my war. It is Joe Biden’s war.”
Ukrainian leaders arrived at the White House on Monday, potentially threatening that kind of political fireworks, or some might say in-depth allegations that led Ukrainian leaders to visit Washington last time in February.
Trump then collaborated with Vice President JD Vance to participate in Zelenskyy’s brutal strike, during which Trump told him he was “with World War III.”
But on Monday, Zelenskyy discovered a hospitality welcome from Trump and Vance, who started the meeting with some high-level flattery, thanking Trump for his efforts to end the conflict and end it. Melania Trump praised for sending a letter to Putin about the kidnapping of Ukrainian children.
There are few details about the peace deal Trump wants to hammer, except for the fact that he wants to skip the ceasefire – too hard to actually negotiate – to go straight to the peace deal.
However, it seems that everyone (or at least at least most) desires to smooth out their differences to prevent Ukraine from being seen as a major obstacle to peace and throwing the ball back to Putin.
The EU’s most substantial pushback (at least in public) is because leaders are sitting at the table, with Friedrich Merz of Germany and Emmanuel Macron of France calling for a ceasefire and then negotiating a territorial or peace agreement.
Trump doesn’t seem to have proposed umbrage, although he ruled out a ceasefire earlier – doubled after Meles once again called for a stop to fight.
But when Zelenskyy began detailing Ukraine’s priorities for ending the war, the whitest moment in the introductory remarks was that Trump seemed uninterested in all the benefits of in-depth discussions.
As time passed, Macron’s face became clumsy. Trump tried to break in, but Zelenskyy continued to speak.
Then suddenly, as if it was coming, the Ukrainian leader stepped forward in his seat and quickly ended his remarks. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte jumped in quickly and spoke the main word Trump wanted to hear as soon as possible: “Thank you.”
