The couple set out to attend the Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City on Wednesday, July 16, officially confirming their romance. In 2022, Megan, 30, formed a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women, children, seniors and underserved communities in Houston, Texas and beyond. Wednesday’s party in Gotham Hall pays tribute to her late parents Joseph Pitt III and Holly Thomas.
When asked about his feelings about joining Megan, Thompson, 35, specifically told US Weekly“”Well, it feels incredible because Megan is a special person who inspired many people around the world. I witnessed it with my own eyes. It’s just another incredible feat of her, able to give back, create foundations and raise a lot of money for those in need. I’m honored to be with her. ”
