Williams is a long-time Biden ally Biden employees’ profile in 2019.
Williams later worked on Biden’s 2020 campaign and the presidential transition team. She served as travel director and was hired by the White House as deputy director of operations in the Oval Office and special assistant to the president.

According to her LinkedIn page, Williams ended her White House tenure as deputy assistant to the president, senior adviser to the president and director of strategic outreach.

It is worth noting that the social media page also said that Williams still works as a senior adviser to former President Joe Biden’s office.
She was House Oversight Committee Last year, in a Republican investigation into Biden’s cognitive health, Republican investigators said the former White House prevented her from providing any information.
The Democratic staff is the third person to appear on the committee investigators in recent weeks.
