The Department of Homeland Security has opened a new immigration detention center in the Louisiana prison (Angola).
The detention center aims to possess more than 400 undocumented immigrants, including serious crimes including murder and rape.
According to U.S. immigration customs and law enforcement, 51 detainees have arrived as of Tuesday.
