Mowry, 46, had a fan Q&A on her Instagram story Wednesday, June 25, and shared some words of wisdom when someone solicited the actress’ advice on how to bounce back from a broken marriage.
“I think I would say: work,” Mory suggested. “Really, really focus on self-care. Focus on what makes you happy and what brings happiness. Build a tribe, a community of friends, a support system. Meditation. Try new hobbies. Please try new hobbies. Read books about healing. Or just spend time with your kids, or just with someone who is truly loved and supported, spend time with your kids.”
She continued: “Doing something that feels fun and fulfilling. Traveling, if you can. Traveling really helps me. It’s all about creating new experiences. The more experience you have, the further you get, the farther you get, that heavy, painful sense of divorce.”
