Mammograms and three biopsies confirmed her diagnosis.
Eggert revealed her body’s “completely complete response” to chemotherapy in July 2024 in a video shared via Instagram.
“There is no detectable cancer in the area and I have a green light to do a scheduled surgery,” she told the followers. “It will be a mastectomy and reconstruction, which in itself is a whole journey, but it works. It works. It works.”
