Interestingly, this year’s show that everyone seems to be talking about on the water cooler is in…the office. But this is not an ordinary office. In this dark and interesting show, Adam Scott ((Parks and recreation) Plays an employee at biotech company Lumon Industries. Scott’s character and everyone else working in Lumon have been subjected to a medical procedure called “dismissal” that separates a person’s memory of life in the office from the memory of the outside world.
As a result, most characters have two very different personalities: “Innie” that exists only in the office, and “Outie” that interacts with the rest of the world. The system was soon discovered to be darker and more complex than any Lumon Employe expected.
Fans like it lay off Because of its clever criticism of corporate culture, the exciting mysteries that drive the story and the thought-provoking questions that raise the nature of identity.
