Democratic leaders of the Democratic-led California Legislature are expected to launch their newly proposed congressional district maps on Friday that will create up to five blue-blue U.S. home seats in the most populous states.
After two Democrats, the reveal of the map appears Gov. Gavin Newsom Working with legislative leaders in Congress Democrats and Blue State in Los Angeles, they demonstrated their redistricting script.
Newsom and Democrats aim to deal with the president’s ongoing efforts Donald Trump Republicans have created up to five Republican-friendly congressional districts in Red State in Texas at the expense of seats currently controlled by the Democrats.
“Today is California’s Liberation Day,” Newsom said. “Donald Trump, you poke the bear and we’ll slam it.”

Newsom vowed that he pushed for a rare (but not unheard of) rezoning to “Summon with Fire.”
Newsom said Trump missed a deadline and he did his best to re-dividend in Texas.

Newsom asks Trump to give up the push for Texas re-division
Trump and his political team aimed to prevent what happened during his first term in the White House, when Democrats rushed to mid-2018 to seize a majority in the House.
But while Republicans don’t face constitutional restrictions on the overturning of current Congressional maps in Texas, Newsom’s path In California It’s much more complicated.
The governor is pushing for a special election this year to get voter approval to cancel the constitutional amendment, thus ruling the constitutional amendment that constitutes a non-partisan rezoning committee.
A two-thirds majority vote will need to be held in the Democratic-led California Legislature in the event of a referendum next week. Democratic leaders are confident that they will push votes for constitutional amendments and newly proposed Congressional maps through the legislature.

Newsom said his plan “is not complicated. We are in response to the U.S. president, who is known as a current governor in Texas, and said, “find me five seats.” We are in response to this behavior.”

The National Republican Congress Committee (NRCC) accused “Newsom of clearly making it clear: He will smash California’s constitution and trample on democracy – running a cynical, selfish script where Californians are a later idea and power is the only priority.”
But Newsom defended his action, saying: “We are going through a very transparent, temporary and public process.
Newsom, who was considered a contender for the 2028 Democratic presidential nomination on Thursday, was also a fundraiser to raise a lot of campaign cash to sell a statewide re-division of California.
Schwarzenegger’s new role: Re-dividing drives against Newsom
According to public opinion polls, the nonpartisan redistricting committee was formed 15 years ago and remains popular among most Californians.
That’s why Newsom and California Democratic legislators promise not to completely repeal the committee, but instead to temporarily replace the next three election cycles by the legislature.
“We will confirm our commitment to the re-division of the country’s independence after the 2030 Census, but we ask voters to agree that they agree to a medium-term re-division,” Newsom said.
But their efforts are against many digital coalitions that support non-partisan committees.
One of the most obvious members is probably the former government. Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Republican governor of California, which was dominated by Democrats for the last time.

During his tenure as governor, Schwarzenegger played the lead role in California’s constitutional amendments in 2008 and 2010, a role that granted the power to attract state legislation and congressional areas from politicians and put it in the hands of the independent committee.

“Most people don’t really think about an independent committee. It’s both an opportunity and a challenge,” Jack Pitney, a U.S. political professor at Claremont McKenna College in California, told Fox News.
But he added: “It will take a lot of effort and money to inspire Democrats and motivate them to participate in polls, and the “news magazine effort” is to motivate people who don’t like Trump.”
