Each of them demands that the other party be sentenced to jail (Taylor eventually waives her request for jail).
The order revealed a July 25 hearing, with Taylor, 34, and Shumpert, 35, both presenting with lawyers.
The judge heard testimony from third-party witnesses Taylor and Chanpert and reviewed the evidence submitted by EXES.
According to the order, the court denied Taylor’s contempt for Shumpert’s request. The judge said she did not “provid enough evidence” to support her allegations that the former NBA star leaked information about her divorce judgment. The judge also denied her request to pay her legal bill.

The order noted that Taylor refused to answer Shumpert’s question: “Ask her assets and income, further noting that such information is completely unrelated to any question.”
The court pointed out that since the divorce verdict was filed in July 2025, Taylor has been in no less than three movies.
