Patrick Mahomes Acknowledge this Taylor Swift Being a member of the Chiefs Kingdom helps bring the team’s fan base to the next stratosphere.
Mahomes, 29, discusses Swift’s impact on the franchise in episode one kingdomThursday, August 14, premiered on ESPN at 9 pm ET.
“I’m interested in seeing what the camp looks like this year,” Mahomes said on his first day at Missouri Western State Chiefs’ 2024 training camp. “Obviously, we’ve got a swift fan base.
He added: “We have a lot of media around us.”
Swift is certainly dating the star of the Kansas City Chiefs Travis Kelce. The 35-year-old pop star made his debut in September 2023 at the Chiefs Game when the team hosted the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium.
After spending the summer Universal game with Swift, Kelce is ready to return to normal.
“After spending the summer in five-star hotels around the world, I asked Travis how it felt to come back to the camp?” Kansas City Star writer Blair Kerkhoff Recalling in a documentary filmed last year. “He said he missed the cinder block wall at the boot camp.”
Upon arrival at the camp, Kelce, 35, was welcomed by fans of his A-level girlfriend, and the series showed a young girl reading with a sign: “Go to Taylor’s boyfriend.”
“One of the coolest things in Kansas City is that it feels like a big family,” Kells said in a testimony. “We are lucky to have a lot of the same people over the past year.
Kelce was drafted by the Chiefs in 2013, while Mahomes was selected by the team in 2017. Future Hall of Fame has spent the entire career in the franchise.
“It’s the job we dreamed about,” Kells said. “Everyone wants to play in the NFL all his life. Not only that, but also for the championship. Play for the Super Bowl.”
“I think the successful model is just hoping to continue finding new ways to reach the top and have a fire to do it every year,” he added.
The first two episodes kingdom Thursday, August 14, premiered at 9:00 and 10:00 PM ET, Episode 3 and Episode 4 will premiere on Tuesday, August 19, and Episode 5 and Episode 6 will premiere on Wednesday, August 20.
